Red Shawl is committed to bridge the barriers faced by young women contemplating education and careers in Skilled Trades. Each candidate will be connected with an experienced mentor in skilled trades for learning and personal growth. It is a minimal commitment and expectations for both mentors and mentees through a structured approach. Only 2- 3 hours per month resulting in a lifetime change and connection.

The program will be launched in early 2024.
